Q: What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?
A: Base on our standard delivery, Passion 4 Health has chosen RoyalMail 1st Sign for as our preferred delivery courier. If you are not home when RoyalMail attempts delivery, you will receive a "Missed Delivery" card advising you the attempted delivery. RoyalMail will keep the parcel for you at the nearest Post Office Sorting Branch for a period of 7 days before RoyalMail sending it back us. International delivery process will depend on your country's postal system.
Q: How can I place my order?
A: You can placed order with us by numerous different ways with us: by internet, telephone, fax, mail or email order.
Q: Is my order confidential?
A: Yes, We will not share or sell your details to third parties, except with delivery courier in order for successful delivery of your order(s). Please refer to our Privacy Statement for more information.
Q: I've changed m mind, how do i cancel/change my order?
A: Please email us or call us within 12 hours of the order. As we process orders promptly, your order may have already been sent. If your order has already been sent, you can post it back to us unopened and in original condition for a full refunds. However you will obliged to pay for all postage costs.
Q: Is it safe to use a credit card on our website?
A: Yes, we are a secure site ad use the latest encryption technologies (SSL 128-bit) to protect your personal and credit detail (Credit Detail will be also deleted once order has been processed). If, however you still not convinced - you are more than welcome to place your order by either mail, fax, over the phone or pay your order via paypal option provided during checkout.

Q: What happen if an item I order is not in stock
A: If there is any cases that orders fall into "out of stock" situation in our warehouse. One of our representative will get in touch with you by your preferred contact method to seek for your instruction - opt for an alternative or similar items, put it into backorders list, or simply cancel the item.
