Heat Therapy: Place Hand Cozys, or herb packs in microwave on clean safe surface. Heat for 45 seconds, then increase by 30 second increments to determine safe heat time for your microwave. Cozys should feel warm not hot. Do not over heat, always test temperature before using.

Cold Therapy: Freeze for cold therapy by placing in a sealed plastic bag overnight.
